and today.. was a day for pampering.
started off with a facial at 10am. but b4 shooting off for my appointment.. i realised.. i left my wallet at my workplace yesterday. geez..
11am. came home. showered. got dropped off at downtown. got wallet.. walked around a bit. went for hair appointment.
11.50 am. splurged. got a wash+cut. heheh.. usually just cut oni. hair? same old same old. just went to trim the ends.. they were.. dying and all frizzed up.. honestly. the only reason why i went and cut it was cuz it was such a fuzz mess this morning.
12.40pm. finish with the hair stuff. realise my shirt's filled with hair. went to 'atrium' toilets as 'the strand' toilets are super dark and dodgy. dusted myself off. went out to wait for stefan. realise there's no way he can stop his car there. tell him to meet me at downtown. hehee.. at the same time, can say hello to amy who wasn't at downtown earlier.
1.10pm. stefan arrives. drive to howick. pakuranga mall. see the calendar club. got a calendar. dunno whether it's an impulse buy. i think i like my this year's calendar better. but nvm. realises the gurl taking care of the stall looks real familiar. asks whether she's in auckland u. she took some of the same papers. end up chatting a li'l. rite. was feeling.. erm.. chatty today. would've been a good day to work. would probably have talked to customers.
almost 2pm. i have lunch. sushi.. AMY!!!! I KNOW WHERE TO GET THE SEAWEED STUFF THAT YOU LIKE SO MUCH!!! ST PIERRE'S SUSHI SELLS 'SEAWEED SALAD'! IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME SEAWEED LIKE THE SUSHI STALL IN UNI SELLS!!! yum yum.. tummy's satisfied. move in quest for stefan's shoes. which.. we never bought. ceh..
watched 'harold and kumar goes to white castle'. it was funny. but well, i guess i thought i'd expect more. kinda stupid show. but hey.. it's the stupidity that makes it funny i guess.
ken yakitori for dinner. not too bad..but, well, not really that fantastic.an experience i suppose. but i can always grill my own stuff? they kept messing up the orders. they kept giving extra food. eh? dunnolah. lucky for the others who ordered more. me save money. me order ONE dish.. and green tea ice-cream. so poor. i think am becoming scrooge-y. not really. if i were really that scrooge-y i'd have only gone for a haircut n not wash too. hahah.. even though i kinda scrimped.. i spent an excess of $100 today. excluding facial.. which i've already paid for. gosh.. so easy to spend money. but.. i only earned $28 yesterday. what a joke. hahahha..
