Facials.. the mystery of life..
what happens in a facial? many things.. a facial is relaxing yet suffocating.. ticklish and painful.. you go through a few stages ler.. owww.. now.. my forehead is bright red. not exactly a good idea when you're gonna meet up with ppl.. and to think. it's gonna take a few days to subside.. mmm.. interesting. sigh.. sarah.. i know how you feel now!! haha..
anyway, today was calvin's b'day..
HAPPY B'DAY CALVIN!!!
well.. actually it was more like yesterday. but that's ok.. hehe.. went over to a fren's place for a barbeque. me and sze hsiung baked him a cake last nite. the first one.. was pretty much a big flop.. not bad tasting. just that the cake never rose. the second one. was not much better(i hate m'sian self raising flour!) but least it wasn't as hard as the first. that was b'cuz i used plain flour and added baking powder. it seems.. it didn't really work. oh well.. added 2 spoonfulls(the chinese soup spoon.. is that a lot??) of Contreau liquor in the second cake. first one had raisins which i soaked in COntreau..but we ran out of raisins for the 2nd one. anyway.. a bit lame lar the cake. however, it's from the bottom of our hearts.. so.. who cares rite? hehe...
anyway, the bbq was quite fun. we gambled a li'l. first played blackjack.. i din lose anything. but then.. played 'chor tai ti'.. gone.. lost like RM3.60. oh well, nvm la.. play small small. ahahha.. went over to cal's and crashed there. watched scary movie 3. a li'l dry me thinks. not as good as the first 2 but oh well.. it's the usual stupidity lar..funny at certain parts.
ah.. gonna cut my hair tomolo.. oh no.. mum put up the xmas tree..i'm starting to feel a li'l useless.. darn it. but she says it was fun.. she hasn't put up the xmas tree in ages. oh well, guess she enjoyed it. ohno.. can't watch LOTR on thurs. no tix.. so decided to go later.. less crowd.. yeah..rite.. 'i think'.. well, i suppose it's better that i'm home more.. eh hem.. yeah.. haha..
