The power of 3
I think Vodafone NZ works on a basis of "the power of 3".
It took me 3 tries before I got through.. The first time.. I just got cut off, 2nd, I don't know what was wrong but I just couldn't get anything connected on the phone.. the line just went dead... 3rd time only I got through..
I have previously brought up the same issue twice... and today, I complained for a THIRD time (only cause I was really agitated.. story later down the track) and apparently I've been credited my "free" (in absolute inverted commas cause I actually pay for it) minutes and the issue has been resolved. So, we'll see what happens cause I still can't see no 'minutes'.
I was put on hold and finally when the SAME promo song for Vodafone was playing for the THIRD time, the operator comes back on the phone.
Tell me, it IS really the power of 3 with Vodafone isn't it?

I get really agitated with traffic.. It's ridiculous..
I also get really stressed out when I'm rushing for time and having to drive heaps and in traffic.. it's really that agitating!
I rushed off from Manukau at 3.30pm and reached Greenlane at 4.00pm. I was supposed to be in city to pick someone up by 4.30pm. I leave Greenlane at 4.20pm.. after blazing in and out dropping off stuff and picking up stuff... Only, I did the dropping off bit very well but totally missed the whole point of me going to Greenlane in the first place... To pick up my file holder containing documents I need!!! BLIMMIN POOS! If I'd been told not to rush I probably wouldn't have forgotten.. grr..
So, I rush from Greenlane to city and frantically text that someone to find out which part of Victoria St. I was supposed to go to.. Like, hello? it's that long !!! =.="" In my rush, I have to admit I was not as deductive as I usually would be as the someone had already told me his meeting was on Queen st. Still, there's quite a bit of Vic st. and plus, venue could've been changed. So, while driving down Vincent st. I just decided to park and wait so I swung into a parking lot.... which, come to think of it.. Thank goodness there were no buses zooming down on the bus lane..
Yes, granted.. he was in a meeting. but i was already really annoyed cause he didn't give me specific instructions on where to pick him up and wasn't answering so I was gonna have to drive around looking for him? I guess lucky I was smart enough to just stop and wait.
I wait there for like 1/2 hour getting really pissed off cause all that time I'm sitting there I'm stressing about making it to the North Shore by 5.30 and I'd rushed all the way in just to make the agreed 4.30 time. I get out of my car and walk to the Esquires across the road to buy a drink so I can borrow their toilet.. finding none, I decide to walk out without buying anything and look for a toilet in the office building the cafe was located in.. couldn't find it and by then the someone was already calling for his ride. I give up and just walk back to my car and finally locate where to pick the someone from.
Rushed over to the shore.. getting lost in the process.. brilliance.. and got car sick too! Was in an ultimate grumpy mood at that time and I just needed to vent.. that's why.. the whole vodafone thing was blown a bit out of proportion.. though, admittedly.. VODAFONE's being VERY SLACK as well! The only person I feel sorry about is that call centre person who had to tend to me and NOT VODAFONE.. YOU HEAR ME VODAFONE!!!!!!!!!!!!VODAFONEVODAFONEVODAFONE!!! I'm sorry operator.. thank you for your help... i hope..
so, yes.. that's my rant for today and if you've managed to read this far... Congratulations. Sorry, I owe enough ppl cake so you're just getting a really big "GOOD ON YA!" from me.
