drama queen?
am i just being a drama queen? or am i just being too sensitive?
mebe i like creating problems. yeah.. weird me.
i burnt my thumb today. there's this line running across my thumb now. was sterilising a needle(a safety pin actually) and was heating it up with a lighter. wanted it REALLY sterilised. ergo the overdoing of the heating and thus causing the WHOLE safety pin to heat up instead of the desired tip only. and now there's that indent of a pin running across the tip of my right thumb. in terms of hand astrology(where you see your future/what not from the lines on your hands), i think i've changed my destiny. keke... if you believe in that la.... ooooOoo!! i've got a new thumb print! hahaaha.. dunno whether that's possible or not.
today seemed to be a day of scalding my poor fingers. tsk.. ouch.. poor tootsies(i know i can say that for my toes.. but can i apply that to my fingers?). mummy still <3's you. hehehe.. yeah.. made pickled chilli today. while 'sterilising' the bottles with hot water i kept scalding my fingers. finally had the sense to use gloves for the last bottle.reason why i didn't wanna use them at first was cuz i was afraid that the gloves weren't clean and would contaminate 'em bottles.
made cookies.. m&m cookies, choc chip&nut cookies and choc chip& M&M cookies. hehehehe.. this time around the cookies really rose high up! they look so round compared to the previous 2 times i've made them. mebe it's cuz of the heat. apparently ermm.. like.. cakes and whatever rise better when it's hot. weird cuz i used the same recipe. mm... must be the heat then! ^.^
i think i'm off to bed now. got about 6 hours of sleep. hummpfft.. and holidays are meant for catching up with sleep? i haven't had enough yet. woke up early today to go for yum cha. been pretty much on the go ever since. 'cept for the time where i was reading 'P.S: I love you'... LEN! i'm finished with that book. see.. only wasted like.. 4-5 hours of my day:P hahaha..
didn't do any work today. went to pump air into my tires and fill my car with petrol. heheh.. poor neglected car. i should wash it.. some day soon.... anyway.. i better be off to bed. nite nite.
