gah..
nz is honestly.. dead.. me and amy finish our movie at 8.45pm... and then after that we drive to meadowlands for dinner. and we reach the place ~9.05pm.. the place is closing!! and then we drive around looking for a place to have a drink. and there're no cafes around in howick area. bleh.. and so we go to MKOP. they have a branch in mission bay which is more of a cafe. and great.. i order the STUPIDEST thing there EVER! there was DOD(dessert of the day). so yeah.. one would think that the dessert of the day would be SPECIAL. but yeah.. okay. so the guy goes chocoloate truffles and black and white biscotti..
i imagined chocolate rum balls kind with some choc sauce or something. and so did amy!!! you know what?? it was just basically CHOCOLATE and biscottis.. cis bedebah!!! kena cheated. i mean.. come on.. i can get BETTER chocolates for that price. $10.50. i blame my stupidity. but hey.. i wasn't the only one that expected better. stupid ppl. i hate kwai loh restaurants!! they are so damn expensive and the food's not worth. only a handful of places i can say are worth the money i pay. geez!
this has taught me a lesson. READ or rather.. LISTEN between the fine lines. gawrsh>.<. d.o.r.k...
watched 'meet the fokkers/fockers(spelling???)'. it was not too bad. quite a bit of laughs. hehehe.. farney. yeah. i'm comforted by the fact that my life is not THAT stupid. heh.. thank u. anyway. off to do SOME work now. need to get started!!!!
