Grrr.. soo annoyed at myself right now... I can't find the info I need to do whatever that needs to be done right now... GRRR!!!!

Question... Is it bad for the fridge if I put the thermostat to a higher setting (for a lower temperature). Say on a scale of 1-8, I put it at 7 for long term. Is this bad for the fridge??
Reason being, the fridge is absolutely useless and temperatures in there is no way in hell even close to being the correct temperature.
On Friday, we get an email saying that the fridge should not be put at such a setting... according to the fridge man.. and this BAFFLES me. Why not???? It doesn't make sense at all to me.. if a fridge is quite full and is not cooling to the appropriate temperatures, isn't it logical that you use a setting that will aid this? =.=
