REMINDER TO SELF

You are not the manager of everything.

You cannot control everything

You are not always right.. your ways are not always the best.

Do not belittle the views or ideas of others.

Do not try and control every situation to fit what YOU THINK is right.

Sit back.. and allow others to decide what's right and what's to be done.

By insisting you are right, you will just make others angry.

So, the lesson is..

DO NOT micro-manage

DO sit back and allow others do as they like.

You may put your idea forward, if ignored, sit back and see how the situation pans out. You have done your best. No point in arguing.

Remember not to be over-controlling!
