2.07am, I'm still waiting for the cake to bake... uh oh..
Christmas time always marks a mad rush / crazy busy schedule for me.
Prepared a roast meal.. well, kind of. I made the chickens, and yes.. I say chickens because I made 2.
Roasted the chickens and made gravy.. Hmm.. not an easy feat. Prepared the stuffing yesterday, okay, rather on Christmas eve. Not too bad.. Stuffing took me an hour to prepare.. the chicken etc? Er.. total about 2+ hours.. so, total time spent including cleaning? 4 hours to prepare the roast chicken..
As for the cake in the oven at the moment? 2 hours for prep alone I reckon.
13 egg yolks and 10 egg whites later... I really hope this cake jadi (works)!!!!
