feeling accomplished.
heh.. i feel like i've done a lot today..
woke up at about 9.10 this morning to the sound of someone on a walkie-talkie and voices outside my house. was wondering what. cuz last time there were police in my complex b4. opened the window and looked out. saw 2 guys in yellow protective wear. after a while only did it click that they were firemen. oooooo ^.^ but yeah. apparently someone from unit A called for the firemen. they were knocking on the door for such a long time before the guy in the house answered it.. false alarm.. crawled back into bed and got a few phone calls before getting outta bed at 10. got ready to go out. also put my sheets into the machine to wash.
bought nic a b'day card. posted it. met up with kai ann. picked jenny up and drove to mission bay/st. heliers for brunch. went to this place calle kahve to celebrate jenny's b'day.bought her brunch as a b'day pressie:P. food was okay only but service was not too bad. hung out in the freezing beach for a while before dropping both gurls in newmarket and headed home. came home.. cleaned up a bit. put my sheets in the dryer. got a call from stef around 3.10 saying that he and the guys were going to mission bay for a game of footie.. hehhe.. although i don't play footie i went anyway. but before that i was learning from mum the way to clean chicken gizzard. got to mission bay,wasn't doing much just watched the guys play footie.. so i decided to go for a walk along the waterfront by myself. walked a solid 35-40 minutes from mission bay to kohimarama bay. it was nice:D but got a bit tired and cold. the wind was biting. yeesh.. the side of my face that was facing the wind was literally frozen.. brrr..
came home. helped mum with the cooking. learnt how to cook another dish! yay! :D my favourite too..:P i have to admit i do have weird taste in food. oh well.. and then after i was done with washing and cleaning the stove. i came upstairs. made my bed. and vacuumed the floor in my room. ahh.. had dinner and just bummed round watching tv and reading a goss mag. and now.. i'm currently waiting for my game to install at the speed of 1% per 10 minutes. hey.. i'm desperate. i'll wait. for 2 hours. not meant to be this long.. NOT meant to be!! ugh!!!:( hopefully it works. if not.. sigh... have to bring laptop to 2nd sis' bf's. sigh...
