restoration of good mood.. semi-permanently
due to the restoration of my good mood, i will now attempt to write a funny post. well, at least i think it's funny. would post the pictures up. but the sun's gonna be up for another hour only and i want to go exercise. i've been sleeping the whole day away.. snooreee.. oink oink:P.
now, if only men had half the mind of a woman then there wouldn't be so many problems. but no matter. men are men. thick-skulled and detrimental. not to themselves, but the people around them. actually, it does matter. tsk tsk... hmm.. on 2nd thought, in all fairness, i suppose some women don't think either. tsk.. there goes one argument.. longkang-ed(drain-ed).
hahaha.. that's not what i was meant to talk about. i was meant to talk about reasons why i do not enjoy clubbing. Oooo... I have just realised that I've been doing a really bad thing. I haven't been very accurate with my punctuation! Oooo... no capitals after a full-stop or punctuation mark. How?? SHould I be a good girl and start practising? It seems like such a hassle leh.. Aiyoh... DUnno what to do :P. Maybe I should have a poll about it. I've already made don't know how many mistakes leh.. Not to mention grammar huh? Hahahahaha..

Reasons why Christine is such a snore when it comes to clubbing:
1) She's an aunty.
yeah rite. NOLAH!! i'll kill whoever who agreed to that statement! BANZAAAIiiIIII!!!!!*wields her big samurai sword*
2) She cannot have fun unless she's with the RIGHT bunch of ppl. Ppl whom she can enjoy herself with.
3) She doesn't like to be spat on. You see, when in an atmosphere like a club, conversation tends to be a little difficult due to the loud music. Therefore, one needs to raise his/her voice a li'l. And with some ppl, that comes with spitting.. unintentional obviously. Poor me in my tube top. i believe i really needed a bath after that. Hahaha.. kidding. I probably have had my fair share of spitting on others. REmember! When in a club, always SWALLOW your saliva, before talking.
4) She probably has to let loose first before she can really have fun. Letting loose would involve getting the alcohol content of her blood up a few notches. Alcohol is expensive. Therefore, not a good thing cuz Christine is a poor li'l student.
5) She's like the biggest dork ever. Ever heard of a person going clubbing who brings along an umbrella? Well, I did. tralallalaa..:P hey.. i'm different.. SO??!!! Got problem is it?! Don't worry. I usually don't bring such a big bag. I usually bring a tiny miniscule one which you can barely see(exaggerated). It's just that yesterday's weather was just so darn crappy. Raining all the way! Yelchh.. Plus, I was meant to get a shot if I did:P
6) She find it weird that ppl randomly shout, "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH".. wth?? o.O" It was like.. weird. I mean.. what's the shouting for? er.... the song wasn't asking to shout. It's not like a "woohOoo" kinda thing.. it was like a "AAAAAAaaaahhhHHHHHHHhHAHHhhhHHH" screeching kinda scream from the gurls when they see their heart-throb 'i-cannot-sing' pop artiste. *ducks*
7) She finds dancing boring. Because it's the same old moves over and over again. Okay, admittedly.. this problem may lie with me. I need to go for dance classes. Sponsors anybody!????(might I remind you that this is when I feel like I'm not hanging out with the right crowd)Where's the challenge la? Hmm.. maybe the solution is to look for a guy to dance with. any volunteers? I don't jump wildly around and I promise I won't stomp on your foot. AND on the plus side. I might buy you a drink(if I haven't blown my budget for the day!)
8) I have no passion for clubbing.. Sighh.. I should just go out and buy myself a pair of knitting needles and start knitting huh?
9) I LIke pool. Yep, it's er.. more challenging. And when there's no pool table there to entertain me I'll get really bored.(this is totally unrelated actually. hahaha.. b'cuz I wanna make it 10!)
10) B'cuz all this while I've been hanging out with my 2nd sister and her bunch of friends. The first time I went clubbing with them. THen subsequently my clubbing forays were with them until I found ppl my age to go clubbing with. By then, my taste was somewhat influenced by the 'older'(not that old laaa) ppl and now... I have been spoilt.
Aiyoh.. now I make it as if I hate clubbing so much! nolah nolah.. I don't mind going once in a while. I actually want to go one. hehehe.. Just feed me alcohol. THat'll keep me happy!! hahah.. B'cuz I really do enjoy the loud music+alcohol+companionship. And of course the occasional dance when a song of my liking comes on! Wooot Wooot!!
