Project 'Christmas 2008' & Illogical seems to be the 'IN' thing nowadays
Mel and I were talking. I mentioned to her how I felt things are so complicated nowadays. Even writing cards, you have to think twice about what you want to say sometimes.
There are just so many awkward situations that I have been placed in this year. Eventually, I learn how to deal with them some way or another I suppose. Still, there are things that stick out like a sore thumb.
I guess that's what growing up is like.
Another thing that Mel and I agree on is how weird people are. We notice that people want us to mistrust them rather than allow us to trust them. Mel and I are both naturally trusting people. Especially to those who know us. That, however, makes us a target for pranks... thanks to our naivety. I don't understand why humanity chooses to disillusion rather than tell the truth. Is it so much more interesting to fool someone rather than be honest?
Yes, I agree.. I have taken part in pranking people before but only for good reasons.. like a surprise party or something. Not just for the fun of it.. No matter how many times, I still get fooled thanks to my trusting nature. At the moment, I still believe that I should be trusting with some amount of caution of course. I don't know.. I believe that it is healthier or the right way woudl be for me to trust rather than to mistrust. Hmm.. yeah, well..
Project 'Christmas 2008'
(i just came up with that name.. lol!!) is underway! I spent more money today at the specialty shop.. Bought this really cool thing that I hope will make my project a success. :D :D
At this point, phase 1 was a bit of a failure :( sniff sniff.. The thing did not turn out as I wanted it to... sigh.. now I hope phase 2 will help save the day! Though, i have never attempted such a thing before! *eep*
It was definitely really tiring. Not even halfway through, I got so tired and all.. I felt so dizzy. Called my man *oo I like the sound of that :P* for some S.O.S... FOOD..
hahahha.. Yeah, i suspect due to my very erm.. 'toast' filled diet (I think I pretty much whacked up a whole loaf of toast in the last 2-3 days.. O.O), I have not been getting enough nutrients.. Plus, I think I was a wee bit dehydrated today.. hehehe.. Felt awful for a moment. Felt much better with food in me.. also took some rehydration salts. I have to say, I think it helped get rid of that headache of mine. From now on, maybe I will try those rehydration salts instead of panadol eh?
Oh well, better head to bed soon to start phase 2 in the morning! :D
