Fireworks.
I've managed to burn most of the fireworks I have. Left with a whole pack of tiny roman candles, a bigger one(apparently a pretty popular one) and my sparklers(>.<) and well, oh.. those things that spin on the ground. Oh.. also those that spin when you put them on your fence.
Eastern beach is a dangerous place to go to play fireworks. I can understand why they banned ppl from going to mission bay. No kidding. With the amount of ppl there. My goodness!! Hazardous dei!
Bucklands bch.. Too windy.. the fireworks just fly into your face. *thwack*
The place where I managed to burn up my stuff.. was at the end of the road near my place at a dead end. Goodie? Well, there were quite a few cars.. and there was this security car.... but oh well.. Nothing happened. We're responsible.
Talking about being responsible. Before we went to that 'dead-end' to play the stuff, we went down to the bay close to my place. Thought it'd be a good idea considering there was a small beach there and it was kinda a good place to go. But then.. when we got there, there was this whole bunch of young kids(oh man I feel so old saying that...). But seriously, they were your typical bunch of hoons. UGh! THEY are the ones that cause ppl to WANT to have fireworks BANNED!
I believe they set a bush on fire. And.. Now that I think about it. I believe that the fireworks lit close to a tree was intentionally done so to set it on FIRE! Hmm.. and I thought that was accidental. But yeah. my sister's friend called to report it. I think someone else called them too because by the time we reached the end of the road the fire engine was already on its way.
ON another note, I did go back to pay for the $6.50 that the lingerie shop forgot to charge me. Somehow, having to fork up $6.50 and getting the eyepatch(to cover your eyes) for free plus thank-yous and praise about me being honest still makes me feel a bit "haih.." Eekss!! does this mean I'm not an honest person? Geez.. I should at least feel good about myself but yet.. I don't feel much good.. eh?? weird rite? I'm so horrible. Must remind self to be sincerely honest! Now.. although, at least it's one chip off my conscience. It would've bothered me.. not having paid for something. Sigh. I even thought it as stealing. But then the lady said "You didn't need to come back"!!!-.-" geez.. hahahha.. oh well.. life goes on. Glad I did go back la.
I feel I'm rather monotonous today. Well, I'm always monotonous. Bleh. will go do some more reading. ta.
