Before these thoughts are lost..

A friend recently mentioned that I should change my msn picture. The reason being because it doesn't look good. My excuse or rather reason why I'd put that picture up was because it was an emo picture, and that was particularly how I have been feeling recently. She said that it wasn't right to put such pictures up. That my excuse for letting people know how I was feeling wasn't really good because I'd told her that I put such pictures up so that people know how I was feeling and would know what or what not to say.

I realise that I express myself. Too much maybe, and my excuse is that I need to vent and have an outlet or two for my emotions lest they build up(as they do sometimes) and I end up blowing like Mt. St. Helen's causing an even bigger destruction and mess. I realise that a lot of times I put my s*it on my blog as well.

So, the question is, is it alright for me to do this? Although I don't need any validation on what I should do or not, because knowing me when I'm feeling so frustrated/upset/angry I will blog or vent anyway. But I'm just curious. Do I information overload too much?

My argument is, that this blog is read by my friends only and well, I guess if you don't like it.. just don't read it. But part of me also wants people to read my blog. I guess it'll be cool to have a big audience. Then again, I think I'd be happier with a big audience from my pool of friends only. It does upset me sometimes when I get no responses for my posts although, I suppose it'd be hard for people to respond to such rubbish anyway.

Lately, I've just been feeling pretty exhausted and at times quite stressed out. I don't feel up to socialising and I'm just more quiet around my friends. Conversation is half-hearted to say the least and sometimes, I'd rather just stay at home and just .. stay at home.

Tina's birthday present dinner is this Saturday and although I know she deserves SO much better than just that, I just can't seem to find the energy or the focus to think up of something special. She really does deserve a much better treat and I honestly feel awful that she's getting such a half-arsed one. She deserves much better.

After a long day or when I'm stressed, there are a few things which can cheer me up e.g. Light hearted mindless shows/stories/activities. However, I find one thing to be rather effective.

Effortless, light-hearted, fun conversations. Or just good conversations even about nothing. Just talking about how the day went, how each party is feeling.. Little things. I just like to be able to connect on a level that one doesn't get to on a daily basis with people I love.

Omgoodness.. my bf just made my heart lift :).. hehhee.. I could so hug him right now.. hahahahha..

Well, I've got a plan. I hope it works.. and the allergies on my hand just get worse.
