Okay.. my alcohol tolerance has decreased.. a lot..
Bumbling idiot I was indeed.. thank goodness for the bf who took care of me :)
One beer, 3 drinks, 2 shots and you have a fuzzy memory.
Okay, I remember most things that happened in the night.
Also, remember laughing at myself in the toilet cause I was tipsy.. -.-" Good grief.
And then.. I spilled the contents of the box containing fashion tape onto the sink and toilet floor. .ugggghhh.. bleh..
Sigh.. Such is a drunken night.
Mm.. eating so much again. Made two trips to the supermarket today, I do believe I've spent close to 100 on groceries and miscellaneous. I decided to satisfy my cravings for sundried tomatoes. Suffice to say, i got 100g of sundried tomato and bleh.. there are only two slices left in the fridge.. watafak-.-" and some more I can ask the guy, " Ohh.. so, how long can I keep it for?".... Right.
100 Cal burnt on the exercise machine probably can't make up for the amount of stuff I'm putting into me. oh.. I bought the wrong type of packet hot chocolate. I'm currently aiming to purchase low calorie foodstuff. I mean, I wanna eat.. but I buy lower calorie stuff so I can eat more.. but still have the same calorie intake. You know? trick my body, satisfy the hunger pangs..
Among the things purchased have been :
1) lower cal hot drinks.. Bought the wrong brand though.. also looking to control the amount of milo I put into my drinks.. Did you know that Horlicks has less calories than milo? But I still love the taste of milo laa.. mm.. nothign can beat that la.
2) soups.. of the non-creamy nature, e.g. chicken noodle soup.. even with the noodle, the calorie content is lower than that of your mushroom soup.
3) ermm.. soy 'frozen dessert' instead of your typical ice-cream. I actually find it quite nice. The lite-licks vanilla flavoured frozen dessert tastes like paddle pops! Mm.. bought So Good's soy frozen dessert to try. Haven't had it yet. Will see how it tastes like. A little on the pricey side though. $7.00+ for a tub. Well, it still is cheaper than going out and purchasing ice-cream from Movenpick or something like that. Mm.. Should check out how much calories do frozen yoghurt carry.. That's another fav of mine!
4) dried fruit. lower cals than nuts!
Mm.. that's about what I've gotten for now... I think I'm getting a bit obsessed... but seriously.. I just want to maintain my weight.. Although, I need to find a balance somewhere where i don't constantly have to watch what I eat. Maybe, get used to a routine and stick to that. Sigh.. i don't know.. it's all well, a balance I suppose.
It does get to me though, me obsessing about my weight and what not. I know that I won't starve myself. If I am hungry, i will eat. I just feel guilty though sometimes. It's not like I don't eat... it's just the overall sense of guilt.
Nowadays, when I shop, I tend to look at the labels for the NIP(nutritional info panel) for the calorie count. Sigh.. Do I sound obsessed or what?
Meep. Oh well, I am actually craving for a cup of hot drink.. mm.. bed time la.. hahaha.. Think I munched on too much sundried tomatoes already. hey, at least it got an 'A' nutrition grade!!! lol..other than it's high in sodium AND sugar.. *lol*
