'tis the season..

where the 'emotional roller coaster' is in full swing.

Hmm.. Yes. Oddly enough, I was not wrong in picking that as my blog title.

At the moment, I'm actually slightly out of the low of depression. Surprise surprise.

I HATE the mood swings. Groan. It's soo damn bloody annoying to be honest. Seriously. I cannot stand it. Lar. DOn't tell me to cheer up okay? It's NOT going to work.

Like I've mentioned. A pet peeve is when people tell me to bloody cheer up when I tell them I'm having the blues. Goodness.. as the kinkybluefairy would put it. Damn pei dot com.

dot com dot com dot com!

And that.. my dearie cheerios.. is my rant for the day.

Keeping a diary on my food intake is hard. Even more so when you're a malaysian chinese studying in a western country. So, from what I understand, I believe we are going to calculate either my protein intake or something(energy maybe?) using the data of what I eat yesterday. The thing is, they're using a computer program. The thing about is, would they even have stuff like "siu mai"(pork+prawn dumpling), "har kao"(prawn dumpling), siu long bao(siao long bao/meat dumpling), loh bak koh(turnip cake) and whatever la.

Yeah. Imagine me telling the lecturer.. I had 'siu long bao'.. HOW TO DO LAAAA!!!!???

I realised.. okay.. maybe it didn't help that I went for dim sum/yum cha. But well, come to think of it. Even on a normal day, the food I eat isn't exactly very western. Some more with the portion sizes. ALamak.. I had 4 little pieces of spare ribs.. half a durian puff... ler.. how to explain the sizes? By the end of the day I couldn't be bothered to eat because I just was too lazy to record anything down!!!

Yeah.. so much for not 'altering' my diet just cause I was recording it down. HEh.. how not to.. It was too tiring. Hahhaha.. I just might have to record down SUnday's diet as well. Think it MIGHT be easier la.. hehehehe..

ANyway, this old woman is falling asleep already. Yeah.. at 1.13am. Hahaha.
