A quick one.
NOt much time to blog, so here's the lowdown on what's been going on:
- Feeling extremely exhausted from standing around so much doing experiments and I just feel really really tired lately.
- Being super grumpy due to PMS (I think).
- Still very much the nut that I am. Been wanting to sing Christmas carols the whole day long.. I really should learn the lyrics because I cannot remember them! In fact, I suck at remembering lyrics.
- Stole out from work for a very nice and long 2 hour lunch break to go shopping with Lucy. OH.. before you shake your head in disappointment, I'm very happy to report that I pretty much made up for it by staying back till 6.15pm okay?
- SOmething fell from the roof or not too sure what, but it broke the glass awning over the sidewalk along Queen Street right outside Jay Jay's in Queen's Arcade. THey closed the store right after that.
- Had a really nice lunch in Albert park with Lucy.
- Got to use liquid nitrogen yesterday. Also, had to accompany my lab technician to re-fill the liquid nitrogen dewer.. It's hard work, that for sure I can say!
- Salsa is fun..:)
- THe cold water tap in the toilet between PLT 1 and MLT 1 has lost its head.. Thus, I had to use the hot water tap to wash my hands. After scalding myself a couple of times, I gave up and walked to the other toilet to use the taps. With Lucy in tow. I said that it was punishment for me sneaking out of work!
- OH.. and the glass awning that came crashing down? That was sign that it was time to stop shopping and go back to work! Hahhahha.. Truth be told, it was VERY fortunate that there was no one standing under there at that moment.
- It's really nice to catch up with friends for dinner once in a while!
Okay.. I have to finish this by 12.00am.. It's not 11.58pm.. Tata!!!
