An interesting sermon.

Don't remember ever being to Kepong but I've been there TWICE in the past two days. O.o... hahahah.. Once for prawn mee. The other for dinner.

Feel so dead. no time to blog atm. Will be back.. in a while.

Meanwhile, I leave you with this thought, why is it us humans have to complicate things when things can be so simple? Humans are just so, weird.

Also, Christians out there. The pastor today gave a very good sermon. As Christians, we can't just isolate ourselves from non-believers. We need to be good examples. Doesn't mean that sometimes although their beliefs may be against ours that we totally abandon them. We can't push our beliefs on them. The pastor put out a very good point. Although non-Christians may not worship God, they still exhibit piety and are loyal. Well, loyal is not the word. There's a word for it, I've just forgotten and I'm currently multi-tasking. But pastor said, that his background as a Buddhist having all that tradition and all, trained him to be loyal and what not and it was an easy transition to being a Christian as he easily fit in and all that changed was that he had living God to believe in. I don't know how to put it as well as pastor did. But this bible also sums part of the sermon today..

1 Timothy 5:8
" If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. "

Pastor said (or something along this la..), "If you are serving in church and that causes you to cause grief to your family, then friend.. I say you might as well stay home and provide for your relatives first before you come back"...

Not saying that you shouldn't serve in church. Just saying.. that you shouldn't only think that just because you're serving in church, you're being a good Christian. What good is being a Christian that serves but forget your close ones and forsake them because when you do that.. ending up hurting them? You're denying your faith as a Christian then. Mmm.. do I make myself clear? Hopefully. Just saying that if you as a Christian make your friends who are non-believers feel uncomfortable, maybe you are doing something wrong?
