The 'mundane' life of a bum
It is now July, and I MIGHT have yet missed another opportunity to get a job. Thanks to my slowpokeness and procrastinating.. Fine, mostly procrastinating. The CV has been pretty much completed since Saturday but did I apply? Nooo... I sat on my ass and waited. Now, the job is no longer listed and I'm going to have to call the recruitment agent to ask... Hmm.. not necessarily a bad thing cause it might be good to call them to talk to them anyway! bwahhaa..
For now, I am just bumming away my time.... I seriously.. am.. Look, I don't know HOW I manage to.. I just do.. let's maybe take a peek into the life of Christine, as a bum..
For one, I'm getting about 8-9 hours sleep AT LEAST.. Meaning, could be more! So, there goes 8 of 24 hours leaving me about 16 hours left.. Alright, I wake up at around 1-2pm.. Take my time in getting ready and by the time I'm downstairs, it's already 2 or even later. I heat up my lunch and then plonk myself in front of the tv for some Oprah! Finish with Oprah, maybe switch to another channel for a bit.. That's when things start differing or what not.
Last Friday, I went to St. Lukes and came home with 2 pairs of boots instead of the ONE that I sent for re-soling. That night, I went out with my bf and his friends. Last Thursday, I don't even remember what I did.. oh yeah.. I remember.. I went to cut my hair! Cooked dinner and then watched Matt's netball game.
Today? After Oprah, I started preparing dinner.. Yeah.. you heard me right. I finished lunch then started making dinner. hahahha.. After that, I wheeled out the recycle bin.. washed the aprons(which oh fark I think are STILL hanging outside) *tergendala, lift music plays..*
Okay, I'm back..
After washing aprons, I came upstairs and exercised on the cross-trainer.. watched tv while having dinner. Bf comes over, we hang out a bit, leave for badminton, play badminton, come home, hang out some more.. then I come online after my shower...
SEE.. There's just SO much to do!
I seriously don't know why people say that it's boring to like not work or go to uni lor... I just always have something to fill my time with.. Yeesh.
Ah well, better go file some things (See.. MORE things to do) and then sleep.. Gotta wake up early to make a phone call :D
Oh yay! Daddy text me to tell me he will proof read my CV and cover letters for me.. now.. yay!

Hahha.. it's quite funny to see the picture of not the organising committee but my bunch of friends instead! Well, they deserve it though. Still prefects through and through even after well, 6 years? Hahah..

I suppose I was wrong about the whole reunion thing. It feels a bit kiddish and very high schoolish from one point of view, yet, from another (like someone pointed out), it is a REUNION.. for anyone.. True... true..
